Janitorial Cleaning Training
All A One Cleaning Services employees go through
a rigorous janitorial cleaning orientation and training
period, in which the owners of the company are directly
involved in implementing this training in addition to
the training facilitators. Our employees undergo different
phases of training to ensure optimum on-the-job performance
in accordance with proper standards and procedures.
They are shown how to clean, not just what to clean.
The janitorial training period includes an intensive
safety program which substantially exceeds OSHA standards,
ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for employees,
customers and visitors. Employees and are Workplace
Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) trained
and are evaluated individually evaluated annually thereafter.
In addition, A One Cleaning Services Project Managers
hold weekly meetings with project supervisors and cleaning
staff at contracted sites to address areas of concern
and suggest areas of improvement as needed.
Specialized training is also provided for staff that
have been identified for specific or incidental cleaning.
Training is provided on an ongoing basis throughout
the year. Our staff are also given opportunities to
participate in programs and workshops that promote professional
development.
